 Starting a new design with nRF52832 that requires TWI, SPIM, and UART interfaces. Also need a wake on GPIO for the power button. Is there a preferred pin assignment for these interfaces?

&lt;p&gt;No, you&amp;#39;re free to chose the pins yourself as long as you follow the pin assignments at page 13-18 in the product specification.&lt;/p&gt;
