So that's in the 'Downloads' tab - scroll down past the 'Get Documentation' button.

But why does the 'Get Documentation' button not include the hardware documentation?

There is quite a gap after the 'Get Documentation' button; it looks like the end of the page - which is probably why people are missing the further content at the bottom!

I have also not been able to find the HW files yet. I have mentioned this internally & let you know as soon as the files are uploaded. Our website has been updated quite recently & we are still in the process of adding all of the relevant downloadable files.
