&lt;p&gt;It might be that readback protection is enabled. Could you try the nrfjprog command recover, and see if it enables you to program it?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Do you still experience the issue with the new IC after some time? Could try using the nRF Connect app instead, nRF GO is deprecated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
