It's so sorry that i have another question about the reason of the min value of the Node Identity advertisement interval.

The reason describe in the Mesh SDK V2.20 is @warning If the advertisement interval is set below 200 ms, the mesh will not be able to allocate sufficiently large timeslots from the SoftDevice for its persistent backend.

Could you please tell me what is the persistent backend of the mesh?

Yes, this is the recommended minimum, for the reason described in the comment in Mesh SDK v2.2.0.

Hi,

In Mesh SDK v2.2.0, the advertising interval was set on line 723 of mesh\gatt\src\proxy.c, given by the parameter MESH_GATT_PROXY_ADV_INT_MS defined in mesh\core\api\nrf_mesh_config_core.h.

In Mesh SDK v3.0.0, the advertising interval was set on line 738 of mesh\gatt\src\proxy.c, given by the parameter MESH_GATT_PROXY_NODE_IDENTITY_ADV_INT_MS defined in mesh\core\api\nrf_mesh_config_core.h.
