 I am working on one project where right now i try to make custom service read operation through nrf52832 in segger studio. &lt;p&gt;What SDK version are you using?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you seen &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/tutorials/b/bluetooth-low-energy/posts/ble-characteristics-a-beginners-tutorial"&gt;this guide&lt;/a&gt;? It should give an overview on how to set up custom characteristics.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you haven&amp;#39;t seen any of the tutorials before the &lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/tutorials/b/bluetooth-low-energy/posts/ble-services-a-beginners-tutorial"&gt;services tutorial&lt;/a&gt; could also be useful to go through first.&lt;/p&gt;
