 i am trying to add new firmware to a cheap fitness tracker I have. After I write the new firmware in the Nordic SDK, I think I save it as a hex file. I’m not sure what to do next.

&lt;p&gt;Even if it does support firmware update, that doesn&amp;#39;t necessarily mean it will use Nordic&amp;#39;s implementation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It says it uses over the air DFU. Just not sure how to put it in that mode.
