Ok, now everything works. I builded bootloader using public key generated from previously generated private key and I programmed my custom board. Then I had to generate zip file (command above is correct except sd-req (SD S132 6.1.1 has sd-req 0xB7). In the end I downloaded zip file via BLE DFU OTA.

Ok, I understand, but is it possible to perform ota dfu update without private/public key? I tried to generate zip file using debug mode but without success.

Hi,

When you build a zip file with your own private key, you must also build the bootloader with the public key corresponding to that private key. Otherwise the checking of the signature of the update will fail. See step 1 of the Testing section of the BLE Secure DFU Bootloader documentation for details.

I have nrfutil version 4.0.0
