This question has been solved. It's a small mistake. The version of our j-link driver is higher than the j-link version of our hardware. nRFgo Studio is warn when download the s110_nrf51. Maybe some error code of s110 are downloaded.Now,my hardware is good working after fixed the warning.

My code not starts advertising after disconnecting,but I tested on the Dev Kit,it starts advertising after disconnecting.

Fristly,I'm very grateful for you can reply my question.

I have test my code on the Dev Kit.It's Ok. I'm sure the hardware has some defect.It behaves strangely.

Yesterday,I can find it and connect it at a time.Today,I test my hardware,I can always find it,but I can't connect it,It always advertising.Maybe it always be reseted. This problem bothers me now because it worked well until yesterday.And I can't think of anything wrong with it yesterday.

Before you did your own PCB, did you prove your software functionality on a Nordic Dev Kit?

You mean once it's been connected, then disconnected, then you can't "see" it again?

Are you sure that your code starts advertising after disconnecting?

Again, this is the kind of thing that you should test on the Dev Kit - there's not point looking for problems in your hardware if it's a software issue!
