The minimum performance criteria is that the packet loss, PER, shall be less or equal to 10% when the blocker is present.

Can you clarify t) ?

t) says in v2.1.1 "Describe the minimum performance criteria that apply to the equipment (see clause 4.3.1.12.3 or clause 4.3.2.11.3)"

The v.2.1.1 form is more or less identical. There are a few extra sections at the end, from letter q) to t):

q) and r) are for FHSS which doesn't apply for BLE.

s) is application dependent

t) PER less than or equal to 10%
