Hi Deepa,

These codes do not say anything about the revision, but currently only revision 1 is available. To confirm you need to contact your distributor but as mentioned there should not be any more engineering material available.

The '-T', '-R' and '-R7' indicate what kind of container the devices will be delivered in, tray, 13" reel or 7" reel, respectively.

2. nRF52840-QIAA-R

3. nRF52840-QIAA-R7

Which one should I procure that includes Engineering B and C modifications?

Hi,

See the compatibility matrix, IC revision. At this time, there should not be any engineering devices available, only production revisions which has modifications introduced in B and C. The part number (device marking) of this is

 N52840
 QIAAC0
 <6 digit date and trace code>
