My colleague powered on when the RESET key was pressed, then the board is identified by PC no more. I had checked the power VDD, 5V if I still used the USB port(J2) to apply power, they are work normally. when I use jLink lite to download the image hex file to nrf52832, the tool popup a dialog, it info me that I need to input IP and other info. So I think the firmware of the ATSAM3U2CA-AUthe is gone.

Hi, You could try to put the debugger chip in DFU mode by holding the reset button while power cycling it. It will show up as a mass storage device on your PC and you can copy/drag this firmware file (devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../3566.J_2D00_Link-OB_2D00_SAM3U128_2D00_V2_2D00_NordicSemi-160315.bin) using for instance windows explorer to program it.

How colud erase firmware? It is not possiable i think. Maybe your problem about hardware. I suggest check your hardware.
