Automated downloads might be the very reason they removed the file from the server.

You should use your own server for your build script downloads.That is the only way one can ensure that URLs won't change over time.

Please reupload the SDK12 if possible, our build script downloads the SDK if it's missing. I don't think there's a simple link we could wget to get the zip on the page you linked?

I'm unsure why it's missing, but you can find all the SDK's here also.
