However, I don't know the way to check them (devKit)

How can we check the action of Client, Server 1, Server 2 objectively?

Is there any special method to check it?

No, just set the publish address in the client. The first server will then see that the message should be relayed to the 2nd server.

Bit Confused, unicast address of 2nd server needs to set in publish address of client only or also in publish address of 1st server.

If you are sending messages from a client via a server to a 2nd server, just make sure you set the publish address to the unicast address of the 2nd server. You can see what this unicast address is in the nRF Mesh app. The address should be available if you click on the 2nd server node.

i tested relay function in mesh v3.0.0 but it did not worked.

Can you share addressing scheme in publish and subscribe for nrf Mesh app for testing relay function.

the relay function in the code in mesh3.0.0 is auto-on,so no need to change anything about it

Did your relay message worked from Client1 to Server2 to Server3 and Server4 with interval about 40 meters.

You need to configure the relay in the code you flash on the dev kits, not via the nRF Mesh app. Search for the MESH_FEATURE_RELAY_ENABLED define for more info. Take a look at this video for tips on how to configure the server & client. Also, the two pdfs here could also be helpful (Mesh Hands-on Android/iOS_October2018.pdf).
