I want to verify Bluetooth on my board is good or bad.
Note that, I do not have any spectrum analyzer or vector network analyzer, just development kit.
I found example Direct Test Mode, radio_test but I do not have document about this example

RE: Direct Test Mode on nRF52832

Thanks Andreas

RE: Direct Test Mode on nRF52832

Hi,

Go to https://www.nordicsemi.com/DocLib . Then press 'Application notes', and you will find the python scripts in the zip download of nAN34:

As kindly mentioned, the easiest is to load an example from one of our SDKs and use a smart phone to estimate the range, or compare versus e.g. your development kit. Using our nRF Connect app will also let you plot the RSSI readings from multiple devices.

DTM is used by Bluetooth testers during RF-PHY testing. This is mainly decided by the radio itself, the PCB layout mainly decides the maximum range you will be able to get, so if you've replicated our recommended reference design fairly closely this should not be a concern. We also have some script for using a DK as tester, for PER tests, see this document.

Best regards,
