Zyphr seems like a very complicated OS (like Linux with device trees, etc) and difficult to use with a debugger.

We have a AT client example in the nRF Connect SDK, see &lt;a href="https://github.com/NordicPlayground/fw-nrfconnect-nrf/tree/master/samples/nrf9160/at_client"&gt;here &lt;/a&gt;on github.&lt;/p&gt;
