Following the step by step guide on Getting started with Nordic's secure DFU bootloader, when I try to build the uECC library by issuing a make command, I systematically get this answer:

I am really glad to tell you that I got it,

¡I finally made my first OTA DFU update on nRF52840 DK!

The Softdevice and the Bootloader through USB and the Application through OTA DFU

The problem was not the Path, but the GNU tools for Embedded Arm version and the GNU Make link, which maybe runs in Unix, but certainly not in Windows 10.

Thanks once more for your help.

Kind regards

Can you also add the path C:\Nordic\GNU Make\make-4.2.1 to "variables de usario para jtorr" and do a restart, so that you are sure that the path is both for global users and yourself.

This is my output:

In the Secure DFU bootloader guide (https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/b/blog/posts/getting-started-with-nordics-secure-dfu-bootloader) you can read:

         ...

         3. Install version 4.9-2015-q3-update of the GCC compiler toolchain for ARM

         4. Make is also required (use MinGW, GNU Make, or Xcode)

        ...

So I instaled the GCC compiler (which automatically builds a user path line: C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU Tools Arm Embedded\7 2018-q2-update\bin), and downloaded/unzipped the last version of GNU Make, and built a new System Path entry pointing to C:\Nordic\GNU Make\make-4.2.1, whose content is:

Of course (just in case), I re-initialized the PC to make sure the System was acknowledging the change, all with no results.

Best regards

RE: Building the uECC and make command

Hi.

Are you sure that this is the correct path? Can you run the command where make, like this:

What do you get as output?

Best regards,
