&lt;p&gt;If you are extending the connection interval, you also have to adjust the connection supervision timeout as well, which is set in define CONN_SUP_TIMEOUT.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This should be &amp;gt; 2 * max_connection_interval.&lt;/p&gt;
