Hey,

Please take a look at the User Guide for the nrf52832DK.

Pin 5 - Pin 8 are connected to the interface MCU UART. To use them you need to cut some solder bridges, the information for which is available in the User Guide itself.

Show what you actually did.

Have you checked the Product Specification to see if there are any special considerations for those pins?

You haven't said what board you are using. Are you sure those pins are free on that board?

Have you tried using other pins?

In my code i config as like this type:

ARDUINO SCL PIN and AROUND SDA PIN this pin is define in inbuilt library (pca10040.h) like this:

#define ARDUINO_SCL_PIN 27 // SCL signal pin
#define ARDUINO_SDA_PIN 26 // SDA signal pin

I try to define same as below and change pin from 27 to 7 and 26 to 6. and then built program but problem at generation of event like. NRF_DRV_TWI_EVT_DONE: this event is not generate

You can find pin definition at sdk_config.h or in boards.h -> define of your board like pca10040 or custom board etc...
