@raza AFAIK Raytac does not have AT firmware with support for nrf52840.

Hi Raza,
It sounds like you want to be using Raytac's AT command firmware(?), and I recommend you to contact them for help.

Hi Martin,

Thanx for response.In my project I want to prgoram nRF52840 module to respond to AT commands sent to it by an external microcontroller.

After reading related posts on devzone I was able to upload the softdevice into the module. Next I have to write an application program to intract with softdevice. It would be helpfull if you guide me how to start that.

MDBT50 is just a module made of a Nrf52840 chip, an antenna and an antenna matching network. It comes with no extra firmware. You program it exactly the same as nrf52840 chip alone. So, you need to write (or find somewhere) an appropriate firmware.
