I cannot comment on this, as we have not tested this scenario.

Given that the specification has been tested up to a given amount of cycles, I cannot comment on how the retention time will be influenced by going over the specified number in our PS.

The flash retention itself is specified to be > 10 years, and the amount of r/w cycles is specified to > 10k cycles. Based on our specification, the answer would be yes. The flash retention specification shall not be weakened by performing 10k r/w cycles.

Flash retention shall be held per specification when performing flash r/w cycles (specified to be min. 10k cycles).

For the nRF52810 and the nRF52840, the erase time is equal regardless of the amount of erase/write cycles performed.

Given that the time is constant, with jitter based on the HFCLK source, it will be quite stable regardless of how many r/w cycles has been performed,.
