Some of my flash write works fine, some return NRF_ERROR_INVALID_ADDR,
I could not figure out exact cause, all my addres is word-aligned. Also when error happens,
I checked flash content of target address, are

RE: sd_flash_write returns NRF_ERROR_INVALID_ADDR

Ok, then the error code made sense after all.
Have you tried another nrf51 chip. The flash has specified 20.000 erase/write cycles. Since some addresses are working and some are not, that is the most likely reason I can think of.

Are you using the nRF51 development kit, evaluation kit, or custom board?

The error code is strange though, as this is a valid address if you are using nRF51 chip with 256kB flash
