&lt;p&gt;all the tests you&amp;#39;re referring to must be performed on the End Product.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;The chip itselves can not be pre-certified as the RF performance relies too much on external components.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In terms of ESD, see nRF51422 Product Specification and Section 6 Absolute maximum ratings, attached screenshot below&lt;/p&gt;
