Ok. What is your COM port? Are you sure that you are using the correct one?

Can you try on a windows machine? I just want to check whether the issue is on the computer side or the nRF side.

Can you please send some screenshots of your putty-settings? I am not sure what that looks like on Linux. You are using linux, right?

Hi Edvin,

I had done exact settings on putty . I had flashed below examples -

USB CDC ACM , USB MSC example but I am not able to see NRF_LOG or prints on putty. CAn you please suggest is there anything do I need to configure/set in the application ?

I am not completely sure how to set this up on Linux, but the putty settings are described here:

Remember to implement the settings from the "Terminal settings" AND the "UART and USB settings".

HI Jakub, Thanks for response. Now I could able to communicate with ttyACM0 from debug port of EVK to host PC. But please share me information which application I can use character driver which share data to host PC or external CPU interfaced using USB2.0. Please share your thoughts.

I am not Linux expert but I think you should have /dev/ttyACM0 (number 0) not /dev/ttyACMO (letter O).

Second can you execute command: ls /dev/ttyAC* to ensure how your board have been detected?

In my opinion you are using wrong name here...

I am using COM Port => /dev/ttyACMO

I have selected the same COM port in PUTTY with same baud date , and other parameters information given in above link.

I am flashing program usbc_msc_pca10056 and uart_pca10056 and serial_pca10056 programs flash on EVK.

On what COM port your DK is dectected?

What COM port you have selected in a program for serial connection?

What program do you use for serial connection?
