I am unfamilar with OTA and how to go about

RE: How to upload to device with DFU legacy mode

Thanks bjorn-spockeli.

RE: How to upload to device with DFU legacy mode

Hi Kian,

Q1: The S132 v2.0.1 SoftDevice is compatible with SDK v11.0.0 , see IC revisions, SDK, and SoftDevice compatibility matrix. Updating from the Legacy bootloader in SDK v11 to the Secure Bootloader v15.0.0 is not a trivial task and you might risk bricking the device, i.e. you would need to reprogram it with a cable interface. I do not recommend attempting this.

Q2: nRF Connect for Desktop does not support the legacy DFU Service.

Q3: nRF Connect for Mobile does support the legacy DFU Service, but the firmware image must be generated with nRFutil v0.5.2 in order to be compatible, see https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-nrfutil.
