nRFprobe for Keil C51 (works with nRF24LE1 and nRF24LU1+) can be downloaded from here:

As for the nRFgo SDK for nRF24L-series, it can also be found on the above link.

I am looking for a nrf probe software I would like to know how and when I can get it. if not, any alternate software would suffice.

hi Hakon, Now I understand about JTAG(8051 in NRF24) and SWD ( in nrf51dk, jlink) .

what tools I need to use to upload a program on a NRFGO mother board to work it as a tx and rx ? I have two kits, I recently purchase nrgo mother board starter kit

Hi,

The nRFgo motherboards are designed for the 8051 based nRF24L-series devices, and does not have a SWD capable debugger (required for programming our nRF5-parts).

In order to program a nRF5 device, you have to use a SWD capable debugger. If you want to use our tools for programming, you have to use a Segger debugger/programmer.
