P0.16 is connected to pin number 13, not pin number 16, which is shown in the picture. Pin number 16 is the P0.21/nRESET pin.</p> <p>Could this be the reason for the non-functioning GPIO?</p> <p>If not, please post the schematics and PCB layout of your board for review.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
