I am trying to program my nrf52840 dongle to act as a BLE central device and I am using the USB CDC ACM Module. I am facing the following issues:
1- I was able to program it to serve one peripheral, but I am not able to do it for several peripherals

RE: nRF52480 dongle as a central device, and Debugging and programming issues using segger j-link

Hi.
1- I was able to program it to serve one peripheral, but I am not able to do it for several peripherals.
What did you try to program? Could you explain some more?
2- I cannot program or debug my dongle using the segger j-link tool, as the dongle keeps flashing red after everything seems to be successful.
The nRF52840 Dongle does unfortunately not have a Segger chip on it, so it is impossible to debug without an external debugger.

Have you looked at the nRF52840 Dongle Programming Tutorial? It is a great place to start with Dongle programming!

Best regards,
