What do you use to upload the image? The transfer shouldn't take much more than 10 seconds unless you're using an old smartphone or nrfutil. It should never take several minutes to complete a DFU. Have you made any code changes to the bootloader example?

Can you include some more details about your setup? Like SDK version, DFU controller host, etc. 6 minutes is really slow for a 64k image.

it taking about 17 minutes to transfer 63kb. When I gave the same settings as a default value and run again taking only 6 minutes. But I need to update connection parameter at the time of writing only.

Not sure I understand the question. Is it taking to long to re-negotiate the connection parameters after calling ble_conn_params_change_conn_params()? What's the approx. time it takes to update it in your case?
