&lt;p&gt;Since you&amp;#39;ve already said that your PC does not detect anything when you plug the DK in, it should comes as no surprise that the software can&amp;#39;t find anything.&lt;/p&gt;

But when I tried to write a command msdenable, the Commander ask for emulator and I don&amp;#39;t know what to do with it. Can you help me with this emulator? If this won&amp;#39;t help me to connect with the board, I will assume that my board is broken as you said before, but maybe there was some mistake in instalation process before and maybe thats why I didn&amp;#39;t see Commander in Start Menu.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As this is a work project, probably the best thing to do is just get a new DK - that will almost certainly cost less than your time faffing about trying to fix it!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Windows doesn&amp;#39;t detect anything at all, when I plug the board, there is no new device in Device Manager.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I find some J-LINK application in Windows File Explorer (Program Files -&amp;gt; SEGGER), but there isn&amp;#39;t J-LINK Commander (I can&amp;#39;t find any of this applications in Start Menu, but this can be my fault because in work I&amp;#39;m using Windows 10 and I don&amp;#39;t know this system very well)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It should appear on your Windows Start menu - under SEGGER:&lt;/p&gt;
