we found two issues on mesh SDK 3.1.0 related to publish retransmit count.
- The retransmit count is always different from what configured using the ios app.
- The status payload of the retransmition received by the generic onoff client is wrong

RE: Mesh SDK 3.1.0 retransmit count error

Hi Hung,

I checked my retransmission count it is set correctly now.

For me after client correctly transmitting payload for first time, the retry messages(when status is not received) goes as garbage values because the payload buffer is cleared somehow I think.

Anyways I will create a new case after some more dig.

RE: Mesh SDK 3.1.0 retransmit count error

@Aniket: Are you sure this is related to the retransmission count ?
I used one of my vendor model to test this. I observed that if I transmit buffer of length till 75 bytes then model was not retransmitting message with garbage data. But if i transmit like 80 bytes of data then it sends the message again with garbage data.

I am using Android app.

RE: Mesh SDK 3.1.0 retransmit count error

Hi Aniket,
