For the RF layout part I’ve followed the reference design apart 3 pads near the pcb antenna. 
 The question is: How much is indicatively the antenna loss Case 1 and in Case 2 respect to the reference design?

&lt;p&gt;On the left I&amp;#39;ve a keep out area, so no option for that. My question is about how much (indicatively) could be the antenna loss.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You should keep the keepout area of the antenna, and move the connector to the left.&lt;/p&gt;
