I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you mean by this.

Is it a pairing request that is appearing in Windows? Which dialog are you referring to?

Maybe you could elaborate a little bit on your setup? Which kind firmware are you using? Are you using any SW on you computer to connect to your DK, like nRF Connect for desktop?.
