I opened the sniffer trace and saw a re-transmission rate of only 4% (see image below). Did you interpret the results in the same way? What is the re-transmission rate when the devices are really close, with the same conditions as measured when far apart? Could you ask the customer to measure this?

It sounds strange that packet loss should happen at 80cm. This behavior may happen if you have more BLE activity ongoing (with higher priority), and the data transmission is shifted. Do you have a sniffer trace?

How config can let it can handle multiple package per conenction,such 6 package per connection.

Hello,

In central side, once connect one peripheral,will stop scan right away, see below picture.

And do test in a clear environment,no wifi signal, still has retransmit, two board distance less than 1 meter.

Please help check what should do to fix this.
