The first error is expected because the chip does not have a JTAG interface, but the last error doesn't make sense since SWD shall be supported. Below is the result I got:

I tried with all of interfaces and I reduced speed to 100kHz as J-Link support told me to do, but it didn't help.

All 51DK board should have the xxAC variant. If you want to confirm this you can read the laser marking on the chip and compare it with the table here: chip overview.

Can you post a screenshot showing the commands you use in Jlink commander?

I can't connect with the board with Commander, so I can't program the hex file through it.

I tried with new cable and it still don't work.

Can you please tell me how I can make sure that my version of board is AC?

No it is not normal and it does indicate that there is a problem with the debugger connectivity (driver/HW). Have you tried to program the .hex file through Jlink Commander? Would also suggest to try a different USB cable.

Also in J-Link Commander I have to choose version of my board: AA, AB or AC. I think I have a AC version, but how can I check my version of board? I just want to be sure thats a AC version

Unfortunately Erase & write is still greyed when I dropped the file from you. I also tried with another files from SDK.

I have only one board.

I can't connect with the board with J-Link Commander, so I think thats a problem with J-Link connection or drivers. I am also in touch with SEGGER J-Link technical support, but they recommended me to contact with you.

Its that normal that in J-Link Settings there is no device found on the right side? Check second picture in this topic.

The Erase & write button should not be greyed out after you have selected the .hex file you want to program. Please try with the attached .hex file and see if you get the same result. Just verified that it works on my 51DK here. Do you have another board to test with in case this doesn't work?

What app do I need to use to program a SoftDevice? Programmer can find my board, but this blue stripes under Device Memory Layout are moving and I don't know if it is ready to use or loading.

Also I tried to add HEX file but I don't see any effect, Should blinky example from hex file work already after add hex file or I have to run the example somehow?

Yes you can use it to program the softdevice, it supports the same features as nRFgo studio.

It supports "drag&drop" programming so there might be a problem with the board. Let me know if you get any errors when you program the FW through nRF connect.

I installed nRF Connect and it claims that the board is empty. But I still need to program the SoftDevice into the board, can I do it with Connect or only with the Studio?

Also my friend tried to copy the blinky hex file straight to the board USB drive. How to run the example with this method? Only what we are getting is "fail.txt" file instead of example file and error report: "Error while connecting to CPU".

Please try to erase the chip through the Programmer app in nRF connect desktop and see if you get the same result. This app replaces nRFgo Studio.

I solve the problem already. Earlier I installed nRF Studio and Common Tools separately, so I uninstalled Common Tools, and then reinstalled nRF Studio and automatically installed Common Tools. In this setup of Common Files, J-link version is old, so all I needed to do was install updated version of J-Link.

But now I have other problem, which you can see on the picture

When I clicked on Recover button, nRRF Studio gave me error - "Recover failed: Can not connect to the device".

but I don't know how to change the J-Link version in that window (he had J-Link v9 as FW and i have J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi)

Also I don't have any device on the right side, and I think that may be main problem, but this is weird because board shows as J-LINK usb in Windows File Explorer and nRF Studio is also detective the board.

Can you help me with that?
