I recommend SofdDevice S130, as it runs Bluetooth 4.2 in comparison to S110 and S120 which are only compatible with Bluetooth 4.1.

You should use the projects with pca10028 to program your 51822 chips.

I was able to dump the softdevice s130_nrf51_2.0.1_softdevice into the chip using nrf go studio. But I am unable dump the any of the example code as I don't know which pca to use. Please help me with this.

The chip details are as follows:

n51822 QFAAC1 IC.
