In case some one has this issue:

You need to set : the Baud Rate/ Read timeout/ Write timeout, and the important one (especially to communicate over the CDC ACM) the DTR (Data Terminal Ready), you need to make sure this option is enabled.

Hi,

I'd recommend that you open an issue on their github site and ask. As the dongle works in different terminals, the issue must be related to the c# application somehow.

None of these issues match to behavior I'm seeing. As I mentioned I can read/write to nRF52840 dongle from apps like TeraTerm or Putty. The problem is when I'm trying to connect to UWP app (to run it eventually on RaspberryPi). On the other hand I have no problem to connect UWP app and FTDI devices.

Do I need different USB CDC driver for Windows 10 IoT ?
