&lt;p&gt;Thank you for your reply. I changed to 0x20002AA8 and it worked, but there was also sometimes it failed without warning with the same error. I increased the RAM start location to 0x20002AE0 and the error gone. One more question, which document I can read about the memory alignment (reqquirement) for the softdevice? I quite don&amp;#39;t understand well about memory alignment in DFU.&lt;/p&gt;
