Hi Simon,

Thank you for your reply. I changed to 0x20002AA8 and it worked, but there was also sometimes it failed without warning with the same error. I increased the RAM start location to 0x20002AE0 and the error gone. One more question, which document I can read about the memory alignment (reqquirement) for the softdevice? I quite don't understand well about memory alignment in DFU.

Regarding this line: "<warning> nrf_sdh_ble: Change the RAM start location from 0x20002200 to 0x20002AA8.". Have you set RAM start of the application equal to 0x20002AA8?
