Here's the response:

If they are listing a product, by referring to one of our end products, then there is no need for a Reference Integration note. That is only a document needed if you are distributing components or subsystems that require further integration by a customer. For Nordic I just use our public datasheet, but I don’t think they need to worry about that item.
For the ICS yes they can just download the ICS from the LS project and save it. (Although it’s saved in the Launch Studio tool anyway).
