Sorry for the late reply and thanks for being patient in this case.

I can confirm that due to the math and algorithm in RTL, there are places where you can get a "jump" in value. As each device has its own calibration on the TEMP peripheral, this might vary chip-to-chip.

I've asked internally if there's something in our design that would potentially restrict this range. I'll update you when I hear more from them.

Hi,

Yes we see this on several devices(Everyone I have checked, 4) . The temperature is swept at a rate of 1 degree per 15 min.

Do you see that these specific values are missing on several devices, or is this localized to one sample? How long is the device kept in this specific temperature area?

Ok, we erase the errata-fix and yes we are using external HFCLK and we are not using any softdevice.

Hi,

The erratas for TEMP sensor was fixed in revision 3 of the nRF51x22 devices, so unless you are using older revisions, there's no reason to run them.

Are you using the external HFCLK when performing TEMP measurements? This is important, as the internal RC oscillator is too inaccurate.
