I spent a lot of today trying to get or even to find instructions on how to get log messages (RTT) out of both the app and the bootloader I am working on. This was the most modern post I found: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/30310/easy

RE: easy-way-to-merge-bootloader-and-application-rtt-output

thanks Bjorn, I will await with interest....

RE: easy-way-to-merge-bootloader-and-application-rtt-output

Hi Paul,

I have also tried the approach described in the DevZone case, but I found it a bit cumbersome that you needed to have the same RAM start address for both bootloader and application. So I placed the RTT block a static RAM address instead for both bootloader and application. However, i cant seem to find the example. I will have to dig some more in my SDK repositories.

Best regards
Bjørn
