You can download the repository distribution, which for now is intended for GCC and Keil below 5.12 version, from here: <a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF51_SDK/nRF51_SDK_7.0.1_1d6e5cb.zip">SDK 7.0.1 for GCC and Keil below 5.12 version</a>. The Packs distribution is intended for IDEs supporting CMSIS-Pack concept (for now only Keil 5.12 or higher): <a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF51_SDK/nRF51_SDK_7.0.1_1d6e5cb_packs.zip">SDK 7.0.1 for Keil 5.12 or higher</a>.
