You can probably use the "Program Application" tab. That said, we have a new and better programmer app in nRF Connect for Desktop, you should check it out.

Is the folder empty? The hex file should be called mbr_nrf52_2.2.2_mbr.hex

how can i flash the MBR hex file?
using nrfgostudio via program bootloader?
and i find there is no hex file in "SDK15_2_folder\components\softdevice\mbr\nrf52810\hex" directory

This example expects that the MBR is flashed to chip. (The project is located in a sub-folder called mbr). So to test this, you will need to flash the MBR, you can find the MBR .hex file in the folder SDK15_2_folder\components\softdevice\mbr\nrf52810\hex
