&lt;p&gt;It is not a problem to switch to connectable advertising on the fly, but you need a way to signal the peripheral to switch mode, which may be difficult if your not in a connection or have physical access to the device. Is DFU going to be initiated by the receiver, or by an user with a smartphone,etc? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
