&lt;p&gt;But I am sorry I think I misunderstood your question. You are saying you are using two nordic nRF52840 DK boards?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are you using the SPI Slave and the SPI Master examples unmodified from the SDK? If not you can try and test the examples from the SDK and see if you still have glitches.&lt;/p&gt;
