yes in sdk_config.h pin 6 is define as uart tx pin and i chnage it.

This solution solved my problem Thank you.

even so, if you are using a Nordic example, it may assume that P0.06 is used by UART TXD ... ?

Can it be that you have uart enabled (or log with uart enabled)? Since P0.06 is used by UART TXD by default.

in ble_template example.

nRF5_SDK_15.2.0_9412b96_1->examples->ble_peripheral->ble_app_template->pca10040e->s112->ses

in this i add this

nrf_gpio_cfg_output(6);

while(1)

{

nrf_gpio_pin_clear(6);

nrf_delay_ms(1000);

nrf_gpio_pin_set(6);

nrf_delay_ms(1000);

}

and then upload program.

What example project are you using? I am guessing the project you are using have P0.06 assigned to another task, which causes it to stay high.
