If the Provisioner and Provisionee both have the same Static OOB key, the authentication is succeeded. For example:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Provisioner OOB Key is 0x11223344 and same for Provisionee. When they come to the authentication, they will exchange their OOB keys and check if the key each one receives matches the static OOB.
