1. I think you can do this, but I can't guarantee the performance to be top notch, as it is hard to say what quality of audio you expect.

2. Yes, this should be possible.

1. If only stream out the audio and MIDI data via nrf52840 is that possible?

2. If only output MIDI data is nrf52840 possible nearly real time performance?

I think this won't be feasible due to the sheer throughput you would need to stream all these operations simultaneously. This would also probably draw a lot of power, maybe up to a point that is too high for nRF52 chips.
