We have a HIDS Keyboard example in our SDK examples (...\nRF5_SDK_15.2.0_9412b96\nRF5_SDK_15.2.0_9412b96\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_hids_keyboard).

Speaker/mic examples using Bluetooth 5 you can find in our Smart Remote 3 Desktop Software download.

You will have to merge these yourself however.

Then...... Can I have a solution for 'Keyboard + speaker/mic for smartphone' by One Bluetooth5.0 Nordic IC?

I don't care about the other profile except HID(Keyboard).

HSP/HFP are Bluetooth classic profiles. Nordic devices only supports the Bluetooth Low Energy part of Bluetooth 5.0 so this won't be feasible.
