The system will enter system off only if explicitly done in the application. There is no other way the chip goes into system off by itself. I am not sure why you see a different output than me with the exact same project. Or are you testing it with a different project?

It works normally on my side.

I am doing a pin reset the first time and i can see that correctly and the second one is cleared since your program clear it explicitly.

The RESETREAS register is not cleared if it wakes up from system off mode (0x00010000) and the values are cumulative Are you really sure that your application does not go to system off sleep?.
