&lt;p&gt;Are you measuring on a custom board or a development kit? If you have a custom board, please post the schematic and layout.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also check that the current probe is showing the correct value. &lt;p&gt;the&amp;nbsp;ammeter is MSO-S 254A,&amp;nbsp;Ammeter accuracy is 2mA. what esle do you mean by&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;measurement setup?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;the measurement is set to calculate the mean consumption of probe1, and&amp;nbsp;probe1 if a&amp;nbsp;current probe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

This is normal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The current consumption including the pulse is &amp;lt; 1µA in system OFF mode.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;From the plots it seems like you are getting a lot of noise in your measurements. Please describe your measurement setup.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
